Solution

DELIECN provided a “smart four-way shuttle AS/RS” solution, composed of:
Four-way pallet shuttle robots
Warehouse management system (WMS)
Electrical control system
Shuttle racking
Conveyor system and auxiliary components
The AS/RS facility is 10.8 meters high, designed with 6 levels, including 2 finished goods warehouses and 1 raw material warehouse, with a total of 9,072 effective pallet positions. The system deployed 10 lifts and 16 four-way pallet shuttle robots.
