One Exhibition, Three Booths: DELIECN Pallet Shuttle Robots Draw Attention at Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026
Visitors to Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026 had three opportunities to encounter DELIECN pallet shuttle technology. Alongside the company’s own display at Booth E7-ZG03, two partners each presented DELIECN Pallet Shuttle Robot systems at their booths. The partner displays also attracted coverage from Japanese logistics publication LNEWS.
For DELIECN, this presence across three booths brought its products into a wider conversation: how can customers fit more pallet storage into their buildings while keeping goods moving efficiently?
At Tokyo Big Sight, where the exhibition concluded on September 11, DELIECN demonstrated its Ultra-Thin Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot alongside two complementary tote handling products—the Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot and Mini-FlyBox.
125 mm: A Small Dimension with Practical Value
Warehouse height is a fixed constraint in many projects. Once pallet loads, structural beams and operating clearances are accounted for, the space available for each storage level becomes a key planning consideration.
DELIECN Ultra-Thin Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot has a body height of just 125 mm. This compact design reduces the vertical space occupied by the robot, giving planners more flexibility when arranging storage levels. In suitable layouts, that can help increase storage density and reduce racking costs.
Despite its thin profile, the robot handles loads of up to 1,500 kg and reaches travel speeds of up to 120 m/min. Compatibility with more than 95% of common pallet specifications broadens its application across different handling requirements.
These specifications matter together. A thin shuttle still needs to carry the required load, accommodate the customer’s pallets and move reliably through repeated cycles. Multi-stage S-curve speed control supports smooth acceleration and deceleration, helping maintain load stability during operation.

Where Four-Way Movement Makes a Difference
Storage demand rarely remains exactly as it was when a warehouse opened. Product ranges change, inventory volumes fluctuate and dispatch peaks place different demands on different areas.
Four-way travel with automatic rail switching allows the shuttle to move across connected aisles. Working with lifters, robots can also move between storage levels. This gives the system flexibility to allocate equipment according to operating demand.
For manufacturing finished goods, the approach supports dense pallet storage between production and dispatch. For food and beverage operations, it can accommodate inventory organised around batches and shipping sequences. For distribution warehouses, it offers a way to increase capacity within a constrained footprint while automating pallet Storage And Retrieval.
Temperature and safety requirements also influence equipment selection. DELIECN offers dedicated low-temperature Pallet Shuttle configurations for applications such as cold storage and chemical warehousing.
The configuration must follow the project. Pallet condition, load stability, SKU distribution and peak throughput all need consideration. Shuttle speed alone does not determine system output: lifter capacity, conveyor transfer points and scheduling must support the same workload.
Pallets Are Only Part of the Material Flow
Many facilities receive and store goods by the pallet but supply production or fulfil orders in smaller quantities. DELIECN also presented tote solutions for these more frequent handling tasks.
The Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot carries two totes in one cycle and shortens handling time for second-depth storage positions. It supports eight operating modes covering storage, retrieval and preparation work during idle time. For applications combining high storage density with frequent tote movements, this provides more ways to organise handling tasks within the rack.

Mini-FlyBox serves multi-SKU small-item storage and goods-to-person picking. With operating aisles as narrow as 860 mm, it helps use limited floor space efficiently. Connections with Tote AMRs, conveyors and picking workstations allow customers to configure the route from storage to the operator around their building and workflow.

Three Booths, a Shared Opportunity
The two partner displays showed how DELIECN pallet Shuttle System can form part of different system offerings. Alongside the live demonstrations at its own booth, they gave visitors a broader view of how the technology can be applied.
DELIECN brings equipment manufacturing and in-house software capabilities to these relationships. Integrators contribute their understanding of local customers, site conditions and project delivery requirements.

DELIECN welcomes collaboration with integrators worldwide to turn these complementary strengths into high-quality pallet and tote solutions that serve customers’ daily operations and future growth.
