How It Works

During inbound operation, totes are placed at the inbound station. The system checks profile, barcode, and weight information. After verification, WMS assigns storage locations, and WCS schedules tote shuttles and lifters to complete automatic storage.

During outbound operation, the tote shuttle robot retrieves the required tote and sends it to the lift. The lift transfers the tote to the picking station, where operators complete picking according to system prompts.
