Pallet Four-Way Shuttle ASRS for High-Density Chemical Storage
Chemical warehouses often need to store large volumes of palletized goods within limited space. When products come in different packaging formats, such as jumbo bags and woven bags, storage design becomes even more challenging.
A pallet four-way shuttle ASRS provides a practical solution for high-density chemical storage. It uses Shuttle Robots, lifters, conveyors, racking, and software coordination to store and retrieve pallets automatically across multiple levels.

In the Hunan Hengguang chemical warehouse project, DELIECN deployed 13 pallet four-way shuttle robots and 4 high-speed level-changing lifters. The system supported two magnesium sulfate products in different packaging formats within the same automated storage area.
