The ASRS zone supports structured high-density storage.
The irregular goods zone supports non-standard materials.
The cantilever rack zone supports long materials such as pipes or steel parts.
The Vertical Lift Module zone supports small, high-frequency items.
System Integration
The multi-zone warehouse was not designed as separate isolated areas. WMS and WCS connected the material flow, equipment scheduling, storage rules, and inventory data.
The 3D visualization control system provided dynamic monitoring across warehouse zones, helping the customer manage material status, equipment status, inventory alerts, replenishment, and traceability.
